Hamburger, French fries, and extra large soft drinks are also examples of mostly purchased junk foods served in the restaurants I mentioned. We prefer to eat foods from these food chains because aside from the fast service and ready-made products, we get satisfaction after eating. However, we are also aware that these processed foods contain preservatives that are toxic to our body. This is where Detoxification or “detox” enters.
